SSEEO'S STROKE SURVIVOR 2 SURVIVOR (SS2S) PROGRAM
It’s as easy as following Steps 1-2-3.
Step 1- What is the SS2S Program?
It is a telephone based support program operated by SSEEO volunteers with special training and overseen by a medical advisory and hospital neuroscience team.
Monthly, you will receive a phone call at a time that is convenient for you. Led by volunteers who will be following up and asking if you have any questions, concerns or need additional information or resources in your area.
Note: You can withdraw from the program at anytime.
Step 2- How do I sign-up?
Call 888-988-8047 to sign-up or get more information or sign-up below.
Step 3 - Enjoy your calls!
Remember, the SSEEO volunteers are survivors and caregivers just like you. They know this journey can be challenging and they are here so you don’t have to go through it alone!
