Phyllis Weiss
is a stroke survivor who is passionate about being a voice of encouragement to other survivors and inspires them to never give up no matter how hard their journey is. Celebrate what you accomplish today – no matter how small.
Currently, she is a volunteer with the American Heart/Stroke Association sharing her story to help raise awareness of heart disease and stroke. She challenges people to make health a priority by choosing to eat healthy foods and through exercise.
Prior to her stroke she worked in Corporate America (marketing and administration) and City Government (administration).
Phyllis is a runner, an avid bicyclist and enjoys hiking. She is married, has one married son, and two dogs.
