Create accessible resources for stroke survivors and their caregivers through a dedicated website, hospital discharge materials, stroke resources and a quarterly newsletter

Evaluate the need and logistics for establishing a stroke peer visitor program or other avenues for the stroke survivor to communicate

Develop stroke survivors and their families as leaders on stroke related issues through small group trainings, workshops and survivor-led visits to legislators and decision makers
